Roadside Patrol Technician / Breakdown Technician required to cover the Southampton and surrounding areas.
Our client is seeking a fully trained Technician to join their already successful Roadside Patrol Team covering the Southampton orbital area.
You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Technician who possess a natural aptitude for mechanical diagnosis and repair.
As a Strategic Buyer part of our Purchasing team, you will be relied upon to deliver outstanding commodity strategies and associated strategic sourcing activities with some of our global suppliers. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
1. Main Purpose of Job
* To provide an efficient administrative and clerical support in the Workshop and
Customer Service Desk as required and directed
2. Position in Organisation
* Reports to Location Manager or Customer Service Manager depending on location
Working on behalf of my client you will be working in a busy Trailer/HGV workshop.Previous experience of working in this environment is essential.
You will be fully conversant with current working methods including MOT preparation along with Vehicle and Trailer Diagnostics.
Duties will include carrying out servicing and maintenance on Trailers,HGVs` & LGVs`. Experience of on site inspections and attending breakdowns is essential.
There is a strong emphasis on trailers so experience of this is a must.
Working on behalf of my client we are looking for an experienced LGV / Car Fitter to work in a busy workshop. You must be fully conversant in current working methods including MOT preparation,Car & LGV Diagnostics.
Main duties will include servicing,maintenance and repairs of all makes of LGVs`,cars and HGVs`.
