East Sussex College invites IMI members to its Employers and Trades Refinishing Event, held in its Automotive Crash Repair workshops.

There will be numerous companies in attendance who will discuss and demonstrate their products and best practices throughout the evening, including:
- Stanners Equipment on the latest spot welders and UV driers
- SATA will discuss new paint guns
- PPG & MaxMeyer will offer paint solutions and advice on the latest technologies
- Brown Brothers, paint and dry goods distribution solutions
- Cornerstone on their advanced non-structural repair and 'repair over replace' training, as well as demos on their latest nitrogen plastic welding technology and PDR pulling equipment
- J Tape will show off over 37 different innovative products for automotive masking solutions
- Roberts Automotive - Snap-on / Blackhawk will give demonstrations with Shark 3, a computerised electronic frame measuring system
- Sayers will demonstrate the revolutionary Nitrotherm Spray System, giving exceptional control over the coating process and very high quality results, as well as many other benefits.
Attendees will also get the chance to:
- View the college's automotive site and equipment, which consists of three large workshops, two mechanical repair workshops, and one body workshop
- Find out more about what the college currently offers, including courses, apprenticeships and accreditations in mechanical repair, refrigerant handling, MET, paint and more
- Hear plans for the future – to also offer courses, apprenticeships and accreditations in panel, air conditioning, electric vehicle and more.
